The Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority has announced the release of a Request for Qualification (RFQ) for the construction of the Gordie Howe International Bridge.  Additionally, the Authority has scheduled two project meetings for early August 2015.  In Windsor, on August 5, 2015, the Authority will conduct an introductory project meeting as well as provide interested persons an opportunity to meet local, regional, and national contractors, suppliers and service providers.  Interested participants may also network and market their services to potential private sector proponents on the project.  On August 6, 2015, a similar meeting will occur at the Atheneum Suite Hotel and Conference Center in Detroit, Michigan.

BSJZ Law will be monitoring the procurement process, which is expected to last up to 18 months, and is available to help those interested in the project.
